In order to help children feel comfortable taking risks, making mistakes in their learning and allowing them to thrive, we ensure that we maintain a learning atmosphere that is safe, secure, and enriching for everyone. To guarantee that no child is left behind, we put a strong emphasis on ensuring that this environment benefits every child in our varied school community, regardless of racial, socio-economic or religious background.

We will:

• Use high quality teaching to create a stimulating and exciting learning environment
• Continue to develop and foster relationships with outside agencies to ensure we meet everybody's needs and support families
• Develop our programme for emotional literacy in the school to support all children, not just pupils with Special Educational Needs
• Hold appropriate regular events at the school reflecting issues of the day and celebrating diversity.
