School Clubs

 

We endeavour to provide multiple opportunities for your child to engage in after school clubs to develop children into well rounded, active and multi skilled individuals. 

After School Clubs - Active Fusion

 

We are pleased to invite interest in our after school clubs, from our Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 children, which will be led by a qualified instructor.

 

The classes will run half-termly, starting week commencing 17 April 2023 and finishing week commencing 22 May 2023.  Each class will run from the end of the school day to 4.10 pm. 

 

The clubs available are:

The total cost is payable through ParentPay online.  You will need to give consent on ParentPay also.  Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis through ParentPay.  Please note that it will not be possible to offer refunds if children are withdrawn from clubs once these have started.

 

The children will need their PE kit and will return home in their PE kit.

 

Please collect the children from the external hall door.

 

After School Clubs - School Staff

 

After half term, there will also be a variety of free after school clubs offered by members of staff.  All have limited places and parents will be informed if their child has been allocated a place.  Please see individual clubs to see which Year Groups can register an interest. 

 

Further information, including how to register interest, has been circulated to parents via ParentPay.

 

Dance Club

 

Miss McCue and Miss Roberts will be offering a Dance Club after school for children in Reception and Nursery (afternoon session and 30 hours).  This club will run every Tuesday from 3.10 pm to 4.00 pm commencing on 18 April 2023.   

 

iPad Club

Miss Ashton will be running an iPad club after school for children in Year 1 and Year 2.  The club will run every Tuesday after school up to 4.00 pm commencing on 18 April 2023. 

 

Science and Technology

Mrs Wolfe will be running a Science and Technology club for children from Reception, Year 1 and Year 2. The club will run every Tuesday after school up to 4.00 pm commencing on 18 April 2023.  

 

Sports

Mr Bell will be running a Sports club for children from Year 2. The aim of this club is not only to develop skills in sport but also develop strategies to deal with competitive situations; winning or losing. The club will run every Monday after school up to 4.00 pm commencing on 17 April 2023.  

 

Times Tables Rock Stars

Mrs Tyler will be running a Times Table Rock Star after school club for children in Year 2.  The club will run every Thursday after school up to 4.00 pm commencing on 20 April 2023.  

 

Well Being Club

Mrs Farmer will be running a Nurture Well Being Group after school for KS1 children on Tuesday. This club focuses on learning strategies to deal with emotions and feelings combined with craft activities and yoga.
